I stayed here with my daughter while seeing Cancun and Yucatan. Beautiful gardens, quiet retreat from the pricey resort area. Very clean, secure, and family friendly. The staff was quite helpful, and the breakfast at an open environment was memorable. This is our introduction into the Yucatan (the very first location we stayed), and I’d definitely return.
I wish I could additional like the client service, friendliness, and comfort of the hotel! Such a fantastic stay and genuinely incredible hospitality! The woman at a reception in the morning went above and beyond to accommodate a petition, really a kind person! She also recommended a bottom fishing playa del carmen tour near to us. Quiet and relaxing and close to ADO station. We booked last minute as our travel plans changed and were allowed in after 9pm by a friendly gentleman that immediately got us settled into space. I strongly recommend and would stay again if at Cancun.
We loved our stay here in downtown Cancun. It was, and the employees were so friendly and accommodating. It had been near the Ado Bus station and a Supermarket. The resort was tucked off so that we felt safe the entire time. I liked sitting in the backyard area listening to the sounds of nature. Definitely recommend staying here if possible!
The mattress was quite comfortable and big, drinkable water out of a tap on every floor, breakfast was fair, employees were friendly and helpful, our room had a gorgeous wooden floor (possibly half of the places do). Silent, close to a lot of excellent restaurants although you want to cross a crowded road without a local crosswalk, the resort is spacious in center and area has plenty of trees and can be very appealing.
We’ve been on a biking holiday around Mexico and began our journey remaining at this resort for a few nights and completed for one night before going home. The rooms are incredibly spacious, not especially modern but quite tidy and the beds are some of the very comfortable that we’ve had on our entire trip. The breakfast includes a beautiful selection, and the tiny café region that’s utilized for breakfast feels as if you’re in the rainforest.
The employees are fantastic and couldn’t be more useful. An excellent reference to Martha Patricia who welcomed us when we came at the very first time, piled out chambers for us when our friends joined us that we might be together and gave us excellent company, always with a fantastic smile. Fantastic value for money and also a tremendous place for restaurants and buses.
This place has a beautiful courtyard with tropical texture, nice pool, friendly staff, with clean comfortable and spacious area. It was great to be welcomed shortly following a 15-hour flight from the UK. Adequate breakfast available. Very convenient for ADO bus channel as we had been carrying bus to Tulum the following moment. Decent regional restaurants nearby. We booked and will be arriving in January on our way back to the UK.
