Never Ending Wander Lust

Perfection achieved

I want to preface this by stating that I’m a city girl – that I live in the city, work in town, etc.. However, for this trip, I wished to locate a location that has been away from the beaten path rather than a large resort. I encounter Suenos while looking at TripAdvisor, and I am quite happy that I chose this hotel. It was what I desired.

Relaxing, tucked away, on the beach, lovely surroundings, peaceful, rocky, but still manicured enough this city girl didn’t feel like a fish out of water. I stayed in the Master Suite and loved with a hammock in my area – and the mattress was so comfy as well. I didn’t feel at all uneasy even though it was the hottest period of the year since the ocean breeze and dipped in the sea was quite cooling. Additionally, having aircon just in the evenings wasn’t a problem.

The men and women who run the area are incredible – they recommended the best shore snorkeling cozumel tours. They were meticulous about my stay, and every recommendation they made was absolutely on stage and what I was searching for.

We spent two weeks in Sueños over Christmas and New Year’s. The hotel is family-owned and offers a personable, romantic experience with cozy eco-friendly cottages (only air-con involving 8 p.m-8 a.m., recycle bins for all behind the reception, solar panels to heat the water, etc.), amiable staff and the best chicken tacos!

There are just 14 rooms, and it’s located in the quieter end of Tulum Beach — ideal for non-clubbing Tulum visitors. Both boys (age 7 and 9) ran freely around on the closed-in premises and played together with all the owner’s dogs, or watched the staff prepare delicious dishes and beverages in the half-open kitchen.

The private beach was kept nice and clean at all times. The resort also had an arrangement with a competent cab driver who took us on an exciting all-day trip to Chichen Itzá, Valladolid and also a beautiful cenote (freshwater cave). All in all, we had two weeks and highly recommended this place for anyone wanting to end up, forget what day it is and relax completely.

We had five nights at Sueños in July. Loved everything about it, a fantastic beach, friendly, courteous staff, delicious food, and beverages. The sea was lovely and warm and great for swimming. There were a few sargassum, but it was removed regularly and did not cause a problem. Had a pleasant trip to a cenote, which the hotel helped us organize and a delicious ceviche lunch on the back at a beautiful bay nearby. Slept well!

Very nice and full of colours

Only one night in this lovely hotel. Our room was huge and very well equipped. Air conditioning and fan available to mitigate scorching weather. Room clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast not very big but it is delicious. Ten minutes by car to the archeological area.

In my opinion, you showcase a lot of beautiful details showcasing the colors and creativity of the Mexican Culture. Also, the food is fantastic! I have to congratulate you guys with the staff. Personally, everyone is always smiling and telling you the best information and helping out, in a real authentic way. Very nice hospitality!

My girlfriends and I shared a room here for seven nights, and it was great! It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but when you get in, you see that it’s a charming space with beautiful art and lovely staff with all the sea trek cozumel reviews tips!

We stayed in room six, which had an A/C unit powerful enough for us San Francisco girls to be comfortable. The room felt spacious with 3 Queen beds, bathroom, dining table with four chairs, flat-screen TV, mini-fridge, large closet with hangers and drawers, and a small safe for passports/cash.

The hotel offers bicycles and locks to borrow for free! Breakfast is DELICIOUS and included with your stay, and it’s full-service dining! The breakfast menu offers a tasty variety served by lovely staff. The only thing you pay for at breakfast is alcohol if you want to order that. The margaritas are delicious!

We weren’t interested in being on an all-inclusive resort bc we wanted to explore both the beach, the town, and surrounding areas. This location was perfect for that! We could quickly and safely walk down the street to all the bars/restaurants/shops/grocery store, or it was a short bike ride to the beach/hotel zone.

Overall we enjoyed our stay! I would stay again, and I highly recommend this place to travelers who are not interested in an all-inclusive beach resort.

Honeymoon stay at Teetotum

The resort is in the northern end of Tulum’s busy middle district, and even though it’s on a rather busy street when you’re at the resort that the place feels silent. (It is on the road that heads east to the shores, right onto a bicycle route, and Teetotum permits you to borrow bicycles at no price!).

We had a problem using our shower draining the very first night, but once we informed the proprietor, he had it mended the next morning. The proprietor was also receptive to emails leading up to the cozumel reef restoration excursion, which was useful for preparation!

The proprietor and people working in the restaurant/bar supplied a great deal of information about trips, other restaurants, and also what to anticipate for prices – flights, buses, cenotes, mezcal. The resort is situated more or less across the road from the large grocery shop Super Chedraui, that was excellent for getting lower-cost meals and beverages for lunches and breakfast on the move.

Nevertheless, the meals at Teetotum was terrific – we had a couple of dishes there. We’re happy with our stay. Thank you, Richard, for all your blunt and straightforward advice!

We did not decide to visit Tulum until quite a last-minute and discovered that many areas on the shore were either reserved, too pricey, or had poor reviews. We had been initially somewhat bummed but chose to reserve at Teetotum after reading the rave reviews.

We weren’t disappointed! We had the best time. The place is excellent as it is walking distance to town and a bicycle ride from the shore. We walked to the beach several times, and it was possible but did require a small bit of time. We’re three female travelers, and we all felt safe the whole time! We walked everywhere throughout the day and during the night. The team in Teetotum couldn’t be more helpful or more welcoming.

They ordered taxi rides for us, helped us determine our NYE strategies, created terrific cocktails, and gave us recommendations about where to eat, etc. Seriously a phenomenal location. I expect to keep here again one day!

Beautiful Penthouse

This place is not like a hotel, more like apartments, so don’t expect a large lobby/reception. Staff was friendly and pleasant to deal with. We stayed in one of the penthouses which were just beautiful; everything was ultra-modern and new.

The bed was super comfortable, many smart TVs to watch Netflix, the rooftop was beautiful to relax at. We didn’t use the pool/spa/restaurant/gym (rock climbing wall), but they seem like excellent facilities and are there if you want them.

We visited the Los Amigos Beach Club which was handy to have an area with free day beds and beach facilities; they even give you beach towels there (you don’t have to spend money, we drove ourselves though). The food and drinks were expensive compared to places in downtown Tulum, but it was still good food.

Central Park was a great hotel; we had a first-floor studio by the pool that worked out great for us. The room was modern and clean, there was daily cleaning of the rooms, and they’re always was hot water for showers.

The staff at check-in were beautiful, as were the maintenance workers. We had a rental car which made it easy to go back and forth from the town and the beach club. We enjoyed the beach at the Los amigos beach club daily and would recommend going. Thanks for making our vacation memorable!

We love it. The service before during and after is High class with their flyboard cozumel price recommendations! The pool is clean, as well as fitness. People are at your attention and help if needed. It’s like 20 mn bike/drive from the beaches, but it doesn’t matter at all.

I booked a stay at a nearby hotel that turned out to be not for me, so I walked over to the Central Park Hotel to see if there was any vacancy. They took excellent care of a friend and me. We stayed to first two nights in a Suite and then I was on my own for two nights in a smaller Bachelor Room. Both had full kitchens and were lovely — high bathrooms and everything brand new.

Awesome trip!

They’ve remained at the Vogue before and loved it. The wedding was from the pool; it was a gorgeous setting with all the blossoms and plants. They had everything setup ideal for them. The Vogue has quaint bungalows, friendly employees, its tidy, close to all actions, quiet and safe.

The marriage was held from the pool and also the staff and owners went above and beyond to guarantee everything was fantastic. Our stay was for 10 days, and they were always at the top of earning sure we had all we had no queries asked.

First, there’s the Hotel Vogue team – the amiable, kind, friendly and helpful staff you’ll see anywhere! They told me about some amazing cozumel snuba excursions we want to try! The proprietor, Marv, felt just like household instantly. He had been warm and made it feel just like home. The front desk employees, particularly Kevin, were so amazing and useful with local recommendations and all around kindness. She left us to smile every day, and we had been so happy she had always been wagging about and giving us adore.

We believed so unbelievably safe at Hotel Vogue. We often even discovered we were leaving out our bags on our spacious patio for extended lengths of time since Hotel Vogue is indeed secure. They had a person in the front door consistently along with a personal safety gate PLUS a coded door at night, so you always felt really confident.

The amenities in this resort are BEAUTIFUL. Everything is quite clean, comfortable, spacious, and you really feel as though you’re in a personal oasis when you input. It is right in the center of the city, but you do not feel like it once you input Hotel Vogue. The incredible wildlife and plants make you feel as though you’re in a tropical paradise.

The rooms are incredibly spacious and exceptionally comfortable – they’ve made a beautiful area that’s so true to the Mexican civilization that is what we loved.

Loved our time in resort vogue. The resort is in the center of the town, but it’s so calm and quiet you do not even realize how near what you’re. The saltwater pool was really relaxing and beautiful and much better than the crowded shore. The owners are considerate and candy, and we loved playing with all the puppies running around.

Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Sayulita

Stayed one night to sneak into some browsing before returning to the USA. They include a mini refrigerator, useful for leftovers out of enormous Mexican foods.

My boyfriend and I had been in town for a wedding, and Petit Hotel d’Hafa was recorded as a recommended place to stay. The area was very high. The air was quite authentic and vibrant. Bear in mind, space 6 doesn’t have AC. We knew this beforehand, so we understood what we were in for. Very nice staff! They helped us get transport to and from your airport. Very calm and lovely.

Sayulita was enchanting and magical; however, this resort was the highlight of our stay. It is situated right in the center of Sayulita, walking distance to everything in town and only a brief walk to the shore. Additionally, it is useful that the resort is glowing red, which makes it impossible to get lost, even following the pubs and all of the tequila we have.

The team was beautiful, easy moving, and gave the most perfect tips. Gabrielle also made the reservation process extremely simple and convenient. She also suggested to check the trikes cozumel facebook because we want to go to Cozumel. It doesn’t get better than placing on a magical rooftop after researching the town with great folks, a guitar and (free!) tequila.

The Petit Hotel Hafa is an excellent spot to stay if you would like to feel the heartbeat of Sayulita. A lot of men and women who come to see remain in hotels or Airbnb areas in the mountains out of the town. Hafa is located close to the town square and 2 1/2 blocks from the shore and what’s walkable in their place.

Air-conditioning is available should you require it, but we’re pleased to use the ceiling fan and have been very comfortable. Hot tea and coffee can be found out in the hallway at the afternoon, and there are always a couple of quite exceptional complimentary bottles of tequila on the gorgeous roof deck. Staff is quite useful, but not obtrusive. Along with the hotel bar functions, which are the best margaritas in town?

Being close to the city center could be a bit noisy during the night. But this didn’t really disturb us. If you’re sound sensitive, you will find complementary earplugs in each area. This was not a problem for us. So it was an amazing place to stay.

Best place in Sayulita

Undoubtedly the best hostel I’ve been to so far. The place has a great atmosphere with a friendly, positive, and helpful staff. Great location, clean and cozy rooms, and everything is well organized.

Great hostel to stay in Sayulita! The dorms are clean and comfortable, the location is fantastic very near the shore, and the staff is very beneficial. They organize daily tasks, so it’s easy to make friends. The best part is the free surfboards! I had a very comfy and enjoyable stay, and I would certainly recommend this hostel to everyone.

I had a lot of fun in Sayulita, and the staff and facilities at LUSH Hostel are fantastic! I only stayed one night here, but everybody was really kind, and I met a lot of good people that were really welcoming. One of them recommended me to check the cozumel mini submarine adventure reviews to get this experience in the Caribe.

They operate daily tours and have surf lessons available, and you could borrow their browse boards. I am a 30-year-old woman and remained here solo and felt very safe the entire time. Would recommend!

I went for a vacation with my woman, we stayed for 2 nights, it’s a pleasant Hostel, clean and private rooms, hot water, the perfect location from the main restaurants and stores, simple to acquire surf lessons, cool staff, everything is fine generally.

The lush hostel is one of the most significant places to stay in Sayulita, the beds are really comfy, the area is clean, the staff is always helpful, the pool is only a fantastic plus, and the place is close to each location you might need while being there.

The team are absolutely amazing and actually make you feel extremely welcome. There’s always an activity that you could join in on, from surf courses to hikes to meals. It is a five-minute walk in the bus terminal, and 2 minutes from the shore. Possessing the pool to dip into to get a refreshing swim is fantastic. 10/10 I will be back here!

Awesome staff, food, and location. I plan to stay again

I had been treated like a cherished family. I managed to slow down, love the Mexican men and women, food, and culture. I had been there a week hope to remain longer next time. Sayulita is secure, the water clean, the beaches fantastic, along with a fraction of the price of visiting Hawaii.

This is the area to get an easy to access into and relaxing holiday. The team is one of if not the ideal advantages to the hotel and that’s saying something. My spouse and I don’t enjoy going to the exact same place twice, but this location always calls us back.

We love it! We enjoy remaining Sol units, which miss the shore. Swimming is tough, hard breaking rocks and waves. Fantastic restaurant and terrific massages. Everyone is really wonderful. Perfect location to see a book and reunite for a couple of days.

A fantastic spot to stay. Quality rooms and amenities. The short cab ride to Sayulita or even San Pancho should you want to learn more about the region. The choice to rent a golf cart to the brief traveling thru the jungle into Sayulita is good. If you’re trying to find a peaceful and quiet escape with the choice of heading into the town nearby for shopping and tons of actions, you can’t go wrong with choosing one of the beautiful rooms in Playa Escondida!

Brilliant. One of my favorite places in the world! Can anxiety how amazing it is. If you love being in the jungle and on the beach, you’ll love it. Amazing staff too. Everybody is beautiful – food and beverage – amazing. Just go and remain here if possible. Beautiful environment – amazing amenities – amazing sunsets. Can’t wait to go back. Some people we met there recommended us to take the cozumel mexico atv tours near this city.

The only criticism I’ve WAS NOT the hotel’s fault, it was together with parents. The hotel does allow kids with severe limitations and at specific times of the year. There have been a total of 5 kids while we’re there and also the first two times were quite quiet and calm until they showed up. Parents, even if you opt to take your kids here (I’d take them into a family-friendly place rather ) be aware, there are those staying here since we need the peace and quiet. I thank the hotel for reminding the households to keep their kids in check.

To conclude, this is the best location for couples to go and concentrate on each other. (Again, parents, your kids would have more pleasure someplace where they might be loud.) We expect to return later on!

A totally unique experience

The experience was exceptional along with the meals artfully presented. Though place as an intimate air, it was almost like it was for me. All of the food was great – even though unexpected. Though I am sure, you will find to be a couple of standouts to anyone’s palate. Unless you’re quite laid back, however, I will suggest not having this solo, as every class (or snack ) is spaced out.

We were not sure what to expect coming in, but we had been so pleased to have gone. The food was really yummy and intriguing, it enables you to think about each and every bite! And the team did an excellent job of helping it flow from course to course, describing everything in between so nicely.

We had the joy of meeting with the chef on the way out, together with the lovely rose I had been awarded alongside a gorgeous menu to check over and take home later! They recommended the cozumel bottom fishing excursion near the beach. A need to go for anybody coming to Cancun!

After we arrived at the resort, we were informed about this restaurant from the team but also every other guest we met. Everybody talked about how beautiful it was, and it was not to be overlooked. We reserved but were concerned that the hype could be better compared to the encounter. All I could say is it had been all that we promised and much more besides. We had a 22 class experience and appreciated every second of it. The initial five classes were in the pub, and I do not wish to say more since I do not want to spoil the experience.

The food was really yummy and intriguing, it enables you to think about each and every bite! We had the joy of meeting with the chef on the way out, together with all the beautiful rose I had been given alongside a gorgeous menu to check over and take home later! A need to go for anybody coming to Cancun!

We had an excellent adventure at Benazuza Restaurant. We enjoyed every moment beginning with the yummy cocktails all of the way before the desserts. We’ve eaten in a lot of restaurants across the globe, and this is up there with all the best ones!

Great place. They did inquire while reserving our reservations if anybody had allergies or food tastes. The air was classy and intimate. The cocktails (they left one suspect what they were) were clarified and about the way they sparked the palate. These are cocktails which nobody has experienced before (or we have not ). This vulnerability was completed before you got seated in one’s table.

Delicious Food and Great View of the Sunset

I might have gone everywhere to celebrate my 50th. However, I picked Cancun. Sure the water is, and the weather is hot, but Harry’s makes it an ideal destination. The meals in Harry’s is magnificent; however, the service and distinctive touches are the real reason to ramble there. I guarantee you’ll feel as though Royalty as if your every need is fulfilled during your visit. Please move around 6pm, so you’re sure to catch the sunset over the lagoon.

This restaurant Is Located across the Road from the Ritz. The service and food were exceptional and to top it off, we had been about the water also had a terrific view of the sunset! A crocodile swam by while we were still eating.

Had an outstanding meal and experience. Concepcion, Edgar, and Jose Luis not only provided us with a fantastic dinner but made our dinner fun and more exciting, recommending where to go snorkeling in playa del carmen and nearby our hotel. Between the expert recommendations, decanter used for our wine and dessert made table side we had been guided flawlessly through our meal. Our third time back to this restaurant and it will not be our last.

Whenever we visit Cancun we regularly visit Harry’s, it was not only the steaks but all of the extras such as the ceremony and also the many sides that they provided, now though we did not feel that the service was up to the criteria of yesteryear, but the greatest disappointment was that the menu. Before the sides had been as fantastic as the hens, what has happened to the great number of mash, it is not only me but other people I know who’ve used Harry’s have stated precisely the exact same & for this I will not be coming.

We stayed at Secrets the Vine but Chose to make Bookings and walk into Harry’s. The food was superb. I felt that the cost for the wine and food was reasonable. But they played techno songs also it was a bit on the other hand. We could not have some discussions during dinner because we could not hear each other. Because of this alone, I won’t return.

There’s, but 1 word for this is fantastic. The entire area is beautiful; we had not reserved a table even though it was occupied; we were seated in 10 minutes. The food couldn’t have been better, and the employees were friendly and seemed as though they had been enjoying their work.

It is not an inexpensive place, there’s a term, you get what you pay for. Within this place that’s true do not go home without eating here.
